Founder Bio — Johnine Bennett, Ed.D.

Hi, I’m Johnine Bennett—Founder of Nola B Strategy Partners, and I’m glad you’re here.

Nola B Strategy Partners was founded on a simple belief: strategy should serve people, and mission-driven work deserves structure, clarity, and heart. While my background began in academia, my career evolved through supporting organizations navigating complex, high-stakes initiatives—often at moments when vision was strong, but systems, capacity, or execution needed reinforcement.

Over the past decade, I’ve partnered with nonprofit organizations, academic institutions, federally funded programs, and community-focused initiatives. My work includes leading national conferences and summits, supporting six-figure fundraising efforts, managing complex grant-funded programs, and designing leadership development and equity-centered training experiences that strengthen both people and systems.

At the core of my work is a commitment to organizations serving vulnerable and underserved communities. I bring a balance of strategic rigor and deep care to every engagement, grounded in the belief that sustainable impact requires strong systems and empowered people.
